Feeling like your motherhood experience is way more hot mess than hashtag blessed?

Wrestling with guilt because you’re too overwhelmed to “enjoy every moment” (which is garbage advice, by the way)? Up late at night wondering if your parenting is setting up a steady income stream for your kid’s future therapist? If you’re looking for a break from the worry, longing to enjoy being a mom more, and wanting to finally feel confident and relaxed: you’re in the right place, friend.

I'm Amanda, and I specialize in helping moms with anxiety, and ADHD as well as those parenting neurodivergent children. Together, we'll uncover the challenges behind your struggles and find new, more effective ways to respond. We’ll create a toolkit of tailored techniques that empower you to understand your strengths and regain a sense of control over your life. This isn’t about becoming a mom who never gets anxious or overwhelmed; it’s about becoming a mom who knows how to skillfully handle challenges and thrive amid the ups and downs of parenting—and life.

Parenting, especially when ADHD or neurodivergence is part of the journey, can feel like an emotional rollercoaster. But here’s the deal—with the right guidance and tools, you’ve got this. I’m right here with you, ready to help you not just get through the days but also find confidence and calm (yep, it’s possible!).
