My objective: elevating the essence and boldness of you, in support of taking on the ebbs and flows of motherhood with liberation, style, and gratitude.
Hey, mama, hey! I’m Jazmyn, a mama of two on a mission to create dialogue, spaces, and structures for Black and Brown Mamas to actively yet authentically, gracefully yet unapologetically, be well and in tune with who we are. Our identities, experiences, values, emotions, desires—everything that makes us, us.
As an enthusiast of all things health and wellness, I’m passionate about holistic therapeutic modalities that provide understanding, guidance, and healing as we work to address the root of the challenges we face in life.
I welcome mama-to-mama collaborations with mamas seeking an open, brave, and accountable space to process and navigate the traumas and complexities that come with motherhood. Whether it's balancing conflicting identities that intersect with motherhood, navigating transitions and challenges in mom life or relationships impacted by it, or healing from birth, intergenerational, or identity (i.e. race, gender, childhood) based trauma. It would be an honor to walk on this journey with you.

IDEAL VACATION:
Any and all places where I can relish in local culture, gorgeous scenic backdrops, incredible cuisine, and rememberable wine
FAVORITE WAY TO UNWIND:
Self-care activities, particularly skin and hair care routines.
a life-changing piece of advice you’ve received:
You can and will, at times, pour from an empty cup. It doesn’t mean you deserve to.
skill you’re currently working on:
New age parenting; trying to find my balance, rhythm, style, etc. as a somewhat radical somewhat decolonized mama.
favorite part about being a therapist:
The synergy that is exchanged between myself and a client when discussing and working through where they’ve been, where they are, and where they’re going.
