Feeling like life’s a bit too much right now, or stuck carrying around the weight of the past?

Let’s work together to lighten the load and help you feel more in control of your life.

Hey there, I’m Chris! I’m a therapist who loves working with both kids and adults. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s ups and downs in a way that feels safe and comfortable. My approach is all about creating a welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, and low self-esteem. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and heal, and I’m here to support you on that journey. Whether you’re dealing with overwhelming feelings, challenges in daily life, or past experiences that still affect you, I’m committed to finding what works best for you so you can develop the tools and coping strategies you need to thrive.

I understand that each person is unique, which is why I take the time to get to know you and your story. It’s important to me that you feel heard and understood, and together we can work towards your goals, whatever they may be.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me diving into video games to unwind, watching sports (Go Blue!), or sharing some dad jokes (fair warning, they can be pretty cheesy!). I believe that having a little fun and laughter is essential for balance and overall well-being. I’m really looking forward to getting to know you and helping you on your journey! If you have any questions or just want to chat, feel free to reach out. I’m here for you!

IDEAL VACATION:

This would have to be an all-inclusive to Cancun, Mexico.  I’ve been there before but I would absolutely love to go back, it was beautiful and relaxing.

FAVORITE WAY TO UNWIND:

My favorite way to unwind would have to be playing video games (I’m very competitive) or watching the Detroit Lions or Michigan Football.

a life-changing piece of advice you’ve received:

Letting go of the things I cannot control and focus on the things that I can.

skill you’re currently working on:

Right now, I am exploring what is out there for trauma treatments, as both models I am trained in are narrative-based and utilize writing.  I know that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all and would like to continue to expand my toolbox.

favorite part about being a therapist:

Oh, this one is easy: watching the growth happen before my eyes.  It is so rewarding to watch clients apply the tools and skills they have learned (sometimes without even realizing they are doing it) in real-time.

therapy can and should change your life for the better.

Let us show you how.
