As a mother of three, I'm here to drop some truth bombs on you: it's totally okay to make time for yourself! You can be a mom and still be a whole person with your own needs and desires. Who knew, right?
You don't have to be a superhero all the time, juggling everything perfectly. It's perfectly fine to mess up, let people down (they'll survive, promise), not have all the answers (Google is your friend, say no (it's liberating!), set boundaries (yes, even with the kids), let your little ones watch some screen time (hello, sanity break!), indulge in processed food guilt-free once in a while, and guzzle down all the coffee you need to survive.
I’m Kelly, and I have a special place in my heart for mothers who are seeking to rediscover themselves amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood. I provide a safe place where you are encouraged to explore your identity beyond “Mom”, embrace self-care practices, and cultivate healthy boundaries to protect your peace. Drawing from my own experiences dealing with self-sabotaging tendencies and feelings of inadequacy, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace their inherent worth, foster positive beliefs about themselves, and transform negative internal dialogues into affirming narratives.
My approach is all about building deep connections, embracing authenticity, and reigniting the spark within you. I firmly believe in the power of self-care, setting boundaries that honor your well-being, and engaging in open and honest communication.
Let's work together to unravel the layers holding you back so you can step into a life filled with purpose, joy, and fulfillment. It's time to prioritize your mental health and well-being - because you deserve nothing less than a life that sets your soul on fire!

IDEAL VACATION:
My ideal vacation is very cliche… I would be enjoying a nice warm cup of coffee, a good book, and a beautiful sunrise somewhere warm with my toes in the sand, sun shining on my face, and the sound of tranquility from the waves crashing against each other.
FAVORITE WAY TO UNWIND:
It honestly depends on the day - sometimes I like to take a nice long walk and listen to some jams and other days I love a good binge-worthy Netflix show or a good suspenseful book.
I’m also notorious for flipping through TikTok and getting lost (literally hours later) in ASMR, organization, or restocking videos 😳
a life-changing piece of advice you’ve received:
I remember holding onto other people’s words and actions and then being told (by my old therapist) that by me doing so, I’m allowing these toxic people to have power over me…and that just made me want to change that narrative. The idea that people who hurt me have power over me was enough to change my thought process and that was so freeing for me… the idea that I get to choose who takes up space in my mind.
skill you’re currently working on:
I’m not sure if this is a skill, but I’m currently trying to navigate the whole mother to three thing (fresh baby in May). Showing up on time, not forgetting someone’s snacks, not embarrassing the kids, picking the right book to read at bedtime, not picking the jeans with holes in them, making sure I brought the right water bottle, etc. I guess the skill of “motherhood-multitasking.”
favorite part about being a therapist:
Oh boy, there is so much I love about this field but my absolute favorite thing is watching my clients acknowledge their worth. There is something therapeutic for us as therapists to watch our clients find themselves again, to see them finally let go of things that are weighing them down. I love being in a session and seeing an emotional response from a realization that has been a long time coming. It literally gives me the chills. I also LOVE being a part of their healing and I forever want them to know that I will always be in their corner.
