Tired of feeling like you’re just getting by?

Ever catch yourself thinking, “Surely, this isn’t how it’s supposed to be”? If you’re grappling with stress, riding the rollercoaster of emotions that come with parenting, or feeling bogged down by anxiety and depression, know this: you're not alone, and it doesn't have to be this way.

Hi, I'm Erica. With over a decade of experience as a clinical therapist, my passion is helping people reclaim their voices that life’s challenges might have quieted. Whether it’s the never-ending to-do lists or the unexpected twists life throws at us, it’s easy to feel lost in the noise. My job? To help you amplify your voice and more forward towards a living a life you love.

I connect deeply with folks dealing with everything from anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem to the complexities of motherhood, life transitions/ life changes, and different seasons of life. I’m here to help you build resilience, boost your self-awareness, and empower you to take back control.

And just so you know, I’m in the thick of it too—I’m a mom of three, constantly learning to balance my personal and professional life. My kids teach me every day about slowing down and finding joy in the chaos. These lessons infuse my therapy approach, ensuring I bring practical, relatable solutions into our sessions.

Whether you’re new to therapy or looking to rekindle your enthusiasm for personal growth, let’s chat. I’m here to walk with you through the ups and downs, helping you rediscover and express your true self.
