Feeling like life's throwing you one curveball after another, whether you're knee-deep in parenting chaos or wrestling with your own struggles?

That’s where I come in. Hi, I’m Jamie and my passion is combining my expertise in child development and evidence-based practices to empower and support families.

My approach in therapy is relational, focused on creating a nurturing & affirming space where strengths can be explored, our best selves achieved, and resilience built.

I believe that all feelings are valid and behaviors tell a story. In therapy, we work on identifying, normalizing, and expressing emotions, all while building our coping skill box to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

In this space, being authentically you is not just welcomed, it's celebrated. Whether it's connecting over your favorite Taylor Swift songs or engaging in creative activities like making friendship bracelets (what Era are you in?), your interests and individuality enrich our sessions.

My diverse experience spans OBGYN, education and pediatric therapy and includes working with neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ concerns, anxiety, depression, and the specific challenges of perinatal mood issues, IVF, and infertility. As a parent and professional, I bring a blend of empathy and expertise, recognizing the complexities of raising children, supporting teens, and also seeking support for your own journey.

Don't let challenges define your story. Take the first step toward a brighter tomorrow. Reach out now and let's start rewriting your narrative together.

IDEAL VACATION:

My inner child loves the magical world of Disney (Yes, I am a Disney adult). After spending my day at Disney, I would go to the beach and collect seashells.

FAVORITE WAY TO UNWIND:

Gardening is my go-to for unwinding in nature. I can imagine myself relaxing with a good book in a charming cottage-core inspired backyard.

a life-changing piece of advice you’ve received:

"We are part of a system that has taught you aren't enough unless you produce. Rest is for all of us. A global movement for all to be able to tap back into our divinity. Rest is our divine right. It is not a luxury or privilege. Resting is about getting back to our truest selves" -Tricia Hersey
