When your child is struggling with overwhelming emotions or major life changes, it can feel like you're running out of options.
But there is hope. And with the right support, your family can overcome these challenges and grow stronger together.
Hi, I’m Cara! I believe in the transformative power of relationships, whether it be the relationship between caregiver and child, between one’s past and present, or between myself and my clients. My training in Infant Mental Health informs all aspects of my work. I have clinical experience supporting children and families as they navigate challenges such as loss, post-traumatic stress, difficulties in school, sibling conflict, perinatal mood disorders, and various life transitions.
Therapy provides a unique space where we can embark on an exploration of the many different parts of who we are, so we can begin to recognize the pieces of ourselves that need compassion, and the parts that no longer serve us. I recognize that starting this journey takes immense courage, and it is a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their paths to healing, growth, and self-discovery.
I strive to create a genuine connection with each client through curiosity, acceptance, and collaboration. I am flexible and creative in my approach to working with the children, teens, adults, and families I serve.
