Ever feel like life is a constant juggling act, and somehow, you’re expected to keep all the balls in the air—even when it feels impossible?

Maybe you or your child are navigating big emotions, overwhelming stress, or a world that doesn’t always understand how you think or feel.

Whether it’s tricky relationships, school struggles, or just trying to feel okay—it can all be a lot.

Here’s the thing: you don’t have to figure it out alone.

As a therapist (and a former NYC teacher and Special Education School Social Worker), I’ve helped countless kids, teens, young adults, and caregivers navigate life’s messiness. I bring warmth, humor, and a whole lot of heart to my work. My goal? To create a space where you or your child can show up exactly as you are—no masks, no judgment—and feel seen, supported, and capable of tackling whatever comes next.

I specialize in neurodiverse-affirming care and offer support for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, anger, and more. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, finding calm in the chaos, and uncovering what makes you or your child shine in a way that feels genuine and authentic. My goal is to help you build confidence, develop tools that actually stick, and feel empowered to embrace your true self.

If you’re ready to explore, grow, and maybe even laugh along the way, I’d love to be part of your journey. Let’s do this together.

IDEAL VACATION:

Reading on a beach with my toes in the warm sand, listening to the tune of the waves rolling in.

FAVORITE WAY TO UNWIND:

Watching my children perform an impromptu "performance" in the living room.

a life-changing piece of advice you’ve received:

Two steps forward, and one step back is okay. Progress isn’t always linear. Sometimes it feels like you’re taking a step back, but even with setbacks, you’re still moving forward overall.

Simply put, each challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build resilience—keep going, and celebrate the progress you’ve made.

skill you’re currently working on:

Mom guilt. Trying my best to provide the best for my three children, especially when unrealistic standards make it difficult for me to recognize my own efforts and successes.

favorite part about being a therapist:

It's a privilege to hear people’s stories. Every individual brings a unique journey, rich with experiences, challenges, and triumphs. There’s a beauty in witnessing their resilience and strength, even in the midst of pain. I love uncovering the threads of hope and growth woven into their narratives, helping them see the beauty within themselves that they may have overlooked. It’s deeply humbling and inspiring to walk alongside people as they navigate their paths, and it reminds me every day how extraordinary human connection and transformation can be.

therapy can and should change your life for the better.
