Have you ever felt trapped by fear, overwhelmed by life’s demands, or stuck in patterns that hold you back?
Whether it's the weight of past trauma or the stress of daily life, finding relief can feel impossible…but it doesn’t have to be.
I’m Christine, and I specialize in helping individuals break free from the negative beliefs and traumatic memories that impact their lives. Through EMDR therapy and brainspotting, I work with people who have experienced trauma—whether recent or long ago—to help them heal, regain control, and feel empowered in their daily lives.
As a former teacher, I understand the toll that high-pressure environments can take—whether you're a first responder, a new parent, or someone constantly giving to others. I work with people from all walks of life to process their experiences and find a path forward without being weighed down by the past.
Together, we’ll identify the beliefs and patterns that keep you feeling stuck and overwhelmed, and we'll work to create space for healing, resilience, and personal growth. I also focus on helping the clients I work with understand how their past influences their interactions with themselves and others, helping them cultivate more fulfilling, balanced lives.
You don’t have to let past experiences define your future. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, stress, or simply feeling lost, I’m here to help you reclaim a sense of peace, safety, and control in your life.
