Have you ever suffered from fear, the kind that will not allow you to live the life you want?
When was the last time you felt free, happy and healthy? Feeling safe and in control of your life should not be a distant memory, a prayer or a dream.
Hi there, I’m Christine and my work is dedicated to helping individuals overcome the negative beliefs and traumatic memories that have taken a toll on their lives. I specialize in EMDR therapy & brainspotting, and my goal is to support you as you work through and lessen the impact of these traumatic experiences and regain control of your life, ensuring that past events don’t define your future. We will also focus on self-care and establishing boundaries, so you can take care of others without losing yourself in the process.
I understand that life might feel overwhelming right now, but with the right support and strategies, you can move beyond just coping. You can heal, grow, and find a sense of peace and control in your life.
I’m here to help you start this journey. Let’s work together towards a future where you feel safe, in control, and capable of experiencing happiness and health.
Looking forward to being a part of your healing process.
