Feeling like your child is riding an emotional rollercoaster they can't get off?
Are you looking to turn the page and start a new chapter in your parent-child story?
Hi, I'm Miah. My mission? To light up the therapy room with a vibe that's welcoming and safe, whether for kids, teens, young adults, or families navigating tough dynamics. I specialize in supporting those tackling big challenges like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and anger, while also helping parents and families who feel stuck in cycles of conflict, especially when it comes to managing a child's defiant behavior.
I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach that celebrates each individual's unique strengths. Imagine therapy sessions that aren't a chore but something your child actually looks forward to—where creativity and laughter help them learn to navigate emotions, build confidence, and thrive.
And for parents/caregivers? This is a space to explore strategies to create calmer, more connected relationships, even when things feel overwhelming.
If you're nodding along thinking, "Yes, this is what we need!" then you're in the right spot. Let’s team up to help your child, teen, or young adult feel more confident, understood, and ready to take on the world—and to support your family in creating the connection and balance you’re seeking.

IDEAL VACATION:
Any place I can bask in the sun. Going back to Ireland because of the beauty and slow-paced lifestyle I once fell in love with, many years ago.
FAVORITE WAY TO UNWIND:
Doing self-care. This year I ditched the salons and began doing my own nails, brows, and other pampering I can myself!
a life-changing piece of advice you’ve received:
We are all unique in our own little ways, so why try to be anyone other than who we’re meant to be?
skill you’re currently working on:
Taking the time to find the good in every day and situation, not sweating the small stuff.
favorite part about being a therapist:
Therapy does not have to be staring at one another in awkward silence. I enjoy bringing a sense of fun and enjoyment into my sessions, while focusing on the challenges and strengths of the individuals I work with. Therapy can be anything you want it to be, while also being healing and a learning opportunity at the same time!
